Meditation Group the first & third Tuesdays of each Month in the Justice Centermeditation
Meditation is a technique used for thousands of years to develop awareness of the present moment, help create a sense of peace in our lives, calm our spirits, and slow down our busy mind.
Our time will include an introduction to meditation, the evening’s topic of Meditation as Self-Care: Nourishment or Comfort, and some quiet sitting time. All are welcome.
