Courage is Fear That Has Said Its Prayers

Living by our values and being an active force for good in a broken and hostile world takes a lot of energy and a lot of spirit. We often imagine acts of courage and resistance as organically happening when we feel we have the capacity for them. Yet being able to engage and be involved when we are needed (and not just when we want to) requires cultivating a deeper well of grounding and connection. Rev. Bruce will talk about how spiritual practices may offer us the resources we need. On November 16, we will welcome the Choir from First Unitarian Church of Louisville to join with our All Peoples Choir for some extra special music.
