Despite what the Borg queen on “Star Trek” might try to tell us, resistance is never futile. Responding to injustice begins by connecting in solidarity and community. Declaring our worth and that of others in a society which seeks to diminish us all comes out of feeling loved for who we are. Rev. Bruce will explore how taking that first courageous step as an advocate and maintaining resistance for the long haul are both made possible by our connections to one another.
