Founding Member and singer/songwriter Sharon Abreu has written and recorded the US Peace Memorial anthem “Let’s honor those who work for peace!” As we celebrate our 20th year, this is a fitting tribute to our mission and the 300 antiwar leaders and organizations that the Foundation has honored, including 16 US Peace Prize winners.
Ending the U.S. war culture begins with honoring those who dare to speak out against it. Through our US Peace Registry and the prestigious US Peace Prize, we shine a spotlight on these remarkable role models and their vital contributions, inspiring others to work for peace. |
