Give for Good on Sept 10th- support the Justice Center’s good work!

Give for Good is an annual day for giving in the Metro Louisville area. Every years, our community generously donates millions of dollars on this one day, to a host of organizations that do tremendous work to improve our community.
The Justice Center is participating again this year. For our inaugural year last year, the Justice Center had a modest goal to raise $5000, we were able to generate over $8000 in donations.  This year we set a goal to raise $12000.
Last year, we were able to mobilize nearly 70 donors — most of whom were from outside our church community.  If you’re doing your math, that means that most of our donors gave more than $100 each.  Which is significantly greater than the average Give for Good donation of $25.
I know how much you value the Justice Center and the impact that we’re having on behalf of All Peoples.  This is the biggest fundraising day for the Center, and the funds we generate will go along way in helping us to grow our impact!
There are two ways you can help me to help us achieve our goals:
1) Mark your calendars for Give for Good and participate. Let your friends, neighbors, and networks know about Give for Good and the opportunity to support hundreds of worthy organizations in our community.  AND that the Justice Center is one of these worthy causes.
2) If you’re willing, share with me a short list of 3 – 5 friends, neighbors, co-workers, colleagues… who you think would potentially support the Justice Center.  you all know people who are potential supporters!
Many of you have brought friends to the Justice Film Festival, or to one of our “Community Conversations” or to other events that the Justice Center organizes. These friends of yours are possible supporters of the Justice Center.
