Reproductive Rights are under attack:
In 2020, the KY legislature passed a draft constitutional amendment that will ban abortion services in Kentucky should Roe V Wade be overturned. This constitutional amendment will appear on the 2022 November Ballot. The Justice Center at All Peoples among the leading efforts to mobilize the faith community in Metro Louisville to defeat this measure.
At the same time, The Women’s Democratic Caucus has crafted a package of bills promoting “maternal and child health and well being.” The Justice Center is also working to help advance this important legislative agenda.
