We often think of ourselves as the primary teachers in our roles as parents, adults, and leaders. However, wisdom does not flow in just one direction. Children remind us how to love unconditionally, how to remain curious, and how to be fully present. We will explore the simple truths children can teach us about being human. Abbie is an active member of All Peoples. She is a native of Texas and holds a master’s degree in education from the University of Louisville. Abbie now lives in Oldham County near her daughter and three grandchildren.
