Want to explore the cores values of Unitarian Universalism and get to know some new people better within our All Peoples congregation?
Our “Connection Groups” offer a safe, covenantal space for facilitated discussions with a small group of church members and friends on a regular basis.
These groups will each be made up of 8-10 people who will meet together twice a month from October 2023 to February 2024.
Each group meeting will be led by a trained facilitator and will include the chance for participants to share their own experiences and understandings of the central values of UUism: interdependence, justice, equity, pluralism, generosity, transformation and love.
The time commitment for participating in a Connection Group is simply
3 hours per month (two one-and-a-half hour meetings) and these groups will end after five months.
All you have to do is show up with an open mind and heart and be ready to listen, enjoy and share!
These groups will begin meeting in October and the deadline to sign up will be September 17. Once you sign-up, you will be contacted on or before October 1 and given the day and time of your first Connection Group meeting.
