Our non-profit Evolve KY started out in Louisville just over eight years ago and in seven of those years we have installed over 130 fee-free Level 2 chargers at over 60 locations THROUGHOUT Kentucky and Southern Indiana! I believe more than ANY other company or organization in the state! I would call that a catalyst for change!
