January 10 court date: LG&E took Bernheim Arboretum and Research Forest and some of their neighbors to court to condemn the land for its methane gas pipeline. We packed the Court with Bernheim supporters. The outcome is still pending submission of legal arguments by both sides.Another important way to support the “Save Bernheim Now” effort is to write letters. There are sample letters on the SaveBernheimNow.org website. If you can only write one, please write Governor Beshear (andyg.beshear@ky.gov), copying Secretary Rebecca Goodman (rebeccaw.goodman@ky.gov).
