Valerie Simosko comes to Louisville from Chicago and Charlotte, NC, where she was trained in the fine arts and worked as a musician with the Charlotte Symphony Orchestra. However, since moving to Louisville four years ago, she has returned to painting and has produced many landscapes and still lifes in her own unique style. She has concentrated on her fine art and now is showing her work in many places. We are lucky to have some of her pieces during the next 2 months in the Roberta Marx Gallery.
