Practice Makes Perfect

Like our physical health, our mental and spiritual health requires exercise. Unlike other religious traditions, Unitarian Universalism does not prescribe specific personal spiritual practices for us to follow. We are free to pray, meditate, study, reflect, and renew ourselves in a wide variety of diverse ways. This means we have to engage in the work of discovering and sometimes even creating our own daily practices that feel authentic and meaningful. We’ll discuss what some of those practices might be and how we can support and encourage one another in the process.
